Dikkatimi \u00e7eken bir nokta oldu: futbolla hi\u00e7bir ilgisi olmayan e\u015fim &#8220;GollerCepte&#8221; diye bir pakete &#8220;<em>g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc(!?)<\/em>&#8221; \u00fcye olmu\u015ftu. 14 Haziran 2016&#8217;da ba\u015flayan paketin \u00fccreti 29 Kas\u0131m 2016&#8217;ya kadar d\u00fczenli olarak yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f faturaya. 6 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda r\u0131zam\u0131z d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kay\u0131t edildi\u011fimiz hizmet i\u00e7in 98 TL \u00f6demi\u015fim. Tutar\u0131n iadesini istedi\u011fimde ise Turkcell&#8217;den ger\u00e7ekten komik bir cevap geldi BTK \u00fcst\u00fcnden:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Cihaz \u00fczerinden aboneli\u011fin onaylanmas\u0131 sebebi ile GollerCepte Servis\u2019i taraf\u0131ndan iade talebinize olumlu yan\u0131t verilemedi\u011fi bilgilerinize arz ederiz.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E\u015fimin onaylamad\u0131\u011f\u0131, bana sorulmam\u0131\u015f bir \u00fcyelik i\u00e7in olumlu yan\u0131t veremiyor Turkcell. \u00dclkemin en b\u00fcy\u00fck ileti\u015fim operat\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn para kazanmak i\u00e7in hak-hukuk ihlalini ara\u00e7 olarak g\u00f6rmesi ne kadar ac\u0131. Ben iadeyi alana kadar m\u00fccadele edece\u011fim.
